The other day we had a hybrid in the grooming department. After his bath he would sing in his kennel while he waited for his owner to return, I sang with him over the sound of the dryers and I found his calls to be very methodical and almost predictable, but absolutly beautiful. And when Darkmoon suggested Trade - Tala by ~tiikay to me I thought it was just the perfect visual example of the beautiful call of a wolf. Fantastic job on this one!

My finished half of the trade with 
This one was quite fun, but a major pain in the ass to scan. Had to scan it in two parts, that didn't work when it was in the sketchbook, so I took it out and trimmed the edges and then scanned it in two parts again... better, but still annoying. The real trick here is to try and clean it while still having it look nice in order to upload it to VCL... -.-;
I actually kinda like how this turned out, looks better IRL.
done with coloured pencils on white sketchbook paper, black micron pen for outline.

*EDIT AGAIN* - Rescanned the image on a larger scanner so the paper wouldn't gain this awkward shadow thing. It's a bit late for that now, but I wanted to fix it a bit.
